Contact 6E Club: How to Reach This Help Centre
Reviewed on · 6E Club help centre · simple English

You may want to contact 6E Club with a question about the free game, an error you found in a guide, or a warning about someone using the name to ask for money. This page says plainly which ways to reach us work today and which do not.
Short version: a message inbox is still being set up. Until it is ready, the fastest answers are on this site, and scams go straight to the national cyber crime team.
Our Message Inbox
Email for this site: not open yet. A contact form and inbox are being prepared, and the address will appear here on the day it starts working.
This help centre has no phone number, no WhatsApp number and no Telegram or social media account. So if a number, group or profile says it is “6E Club support”, it did not come from us. Please do not send it your details.
Get an Answer While the Inbox Is Closed
Most questions about the free game can be solved on your own phone, because your account and coins sit in your own browser. No one at this site can see them or change them, so a message would end in the same steps anyway.
| Your question | Go here first |
|---|---|
| Sign-in fails, coins look wrong, a round seems stuck | step-by-step self-help desk |
| A quick “can I…?” or “why does…?” question | short answers sorted by topic |
| Forgot your password | Passwords cannot be reset because nothing is stored online. Make a new account |
| Account missing on another phone | Accounts stay on the device where you made them. Create one there too |
| Someone took money using this name | Call 1930 and file a report at the cyber crime portal (see below) |
You can always go back to the 6E Club front page to see every guide in one list.
What to Put in Your Message
When the inbox opens, a clear message gets a quicker and more useful reply. Please include:
- The address of the page you mean, or its title, if your note is about a guide.
- What you expected to see and what you saw instead, in one or two lines.
- Your phone model and browser name (for example, Chrome on an Android phone).
- For a game problem: the room (30 sec, 1 min, 3 min or 5 min) and the period number, if you have it.
- A screenshot, if it helps, with your password and any other private details covered.
Please leave out your password, OTP, UPI PIN, bank details and ID documents. We will never need them, and anyone who asks for them is not us.
How to Report a Fake 6E Club Page or Number
Copycat pages, “agent” numbers and paid “prediction” groups sometimes borrow the 6E Club name. If you meet one, follow these steps:
- Stop replying. Do not send money, codes, screenshots of your bank app or remote access to your phone.
- Save the proof. Take screenshots of the chat, the phone number, the page address and any payment request, with the date visible.
- If money has left your account, call 1930 at once. This is the national cyber fraud helpline. Calling quickly gives the best chance of the payment being held.
- File a written complaint on the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal. It works for fraud, fake apps and threatening messages.
- Tell your bank through its own app or the number printed on your card, never a number given to you in a chat.
- Block and report the number or account inside WhatsApp, Telegram or wherever it found you.
A scheme that collects money and promises returns can also be reported to the Reserve Bank of India through RBI Sachet. Once our inbox is open, you are welcome to send us the details too, so we can warn other readers.
Three Checks Before You Trust a Message
Real help from this site is free and never urgent. If a message pushes you to act within minutes, asks you to pay a “release fee” or “unlock charge”, or wants a code that just arrived on your phone, you can stop there: it is a scam. Every safe answer about the free game is already on these pages.
